CSD
CSD, also known as Communication Service for the Deaf, is a nonprofit organization founded in 1975 with the mission to create and provide technology and services that benefit the Deaf and hard of hearing community. With its headquarters in the United States, CSD has evolved significantly over the years, growing from a small sign language interpreting service into a global leader in providing a broad range of solutions, including telecommunications relay services, video relay services (VRS), professional sign language interpreting, and advocacy efforts aimed at promoting the rights of Deaf individuals. CSD focuses on enhancing access to communication, technology, and services, thereby improving the quality of life and fostering opportunities for the Deaf and hard of hearing population.
