ABBA
ABBA is a Swedish music group that was formed in Stockholm in 1972. The group members were Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. ABBA is known for their catchy pop songs, elaborate costumes, and tight harmonies. They became one of the most commercially successful acts in the history of popular music, topping the charts worldwide from the 1970s to the 1980s. ABBA also won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974 with their song "Waterloo." Their hits include "Dancing Queen," "Mamma Mia," and "Take a Chance on Me." Though they disbanded in 1982, ABBA's music has continued to be popular through various revivals, including the musical "Mamma Mia!" which features their songs.
