Reservation Policy of Hertz
Hertz affirms that they allow customers to cancel prepaid and pay at location reservations. Customers can do this online by the ‘Modify/Cancel’ reservation page or by calling customer care. The company maintains that if the cancellation is made before midnight two days before the date of a customer's scheduled pick-up, they would fully refund such customers prepayment without charges.
